Directions to Our Office
Ultrasound Associates is conveniently located in the Monticello Building of Southern Towers, a high-rise residential complex located adjacent to and seen from I-395 and only minutes from the I-495 Beltway.
From Washington D.C.: Take I-395 South heading south toward Richmond, take Exit 4 ( Seminary Road) and get in the far right lane of the exit ramp. Southern Towers has an entrance directly on this exit ramp. If you enter the complex here, proceed straight to the second stop sign, turn right and bear left at the fork. The Monticello Building is directly ahead. If you miss the entrance from the I-395 exit ramp, simply proceed in the right hand lane of the exit ramp bearing right onto Seminary Road (heading West). At the first light (Mark Center Drive), turn right into the main entrance of the Southern Towers complex. Go straight at the stop sign and bear left at the fork. The Monticello Building is directly ahead.
From the I-495 Beltway: Take I-395 North heading toward Washington D.C., take Exit 4 ( Seminary Road) and get in the left lane of the exit ramp. Follow signs for Seminary Road heading West. You will cross over I-395 to get onto Seminary Road. Once on Seminary Road, turn right at the first light (Mark Center Drive) into Southern Towers’ main entrance. Go straight at the stop sign and bear left at the fork. The Monticello Building is directly ahead.
From Maryland (Woodrow Wilson Bridge): Take I-495 North To Exit 176 Telegraph Road toward Landmark and Duke Street West. At the 6th light, bear right onto N. Quaker Lane. At the first light, turn left onto Seminary Road. After crossing over I-395 on Seminary Road, at the first light (Mark Center Drive) turn right into the Southern Towers main entrance. Go straight at the stop sign, bear left at the fork to the Monticello Building directly ahead.
From Seminary Road (from Alexandria Hospital): Southern Towers is located on Seminary Road adjacent to I-395. After crossing over I-395 on Seminary Road, turn right at the first light (Mark Center Drive) into Southern Towers’ main entrance. Go straight at the stop sign and bear left at the fork. The Monticello Building is directly ahead.
Upon arrival:
The main lobby of the Monticello Building may be accessed from either side of the building. Parking is readily available at both entrances. Please remember to bring your license plate number to register your car when you arrive at the lobby as all unregistered cars are subject to towing. Alternatively, you may download a parking permit here. The building is secure and you will be buzzed in by the main lobby personnel, or you may use our code (003) to announce your arrival and be admitted by our staff.
